Shipping Policy
- For same day delivery, orders need to be placed before 3pm.
- Orders placed after 3pm on a day will be delivered on the following working day.
- We operate Monday - Saturday. Orders placed after 3pm on any Saturday will be delivered on the following Monday/working day.
- Orders placed on a holiday will be delivered on the next working day.
- The value of the order placed on our website includes shipping Charges. No additional amount needs to be paid by the customers to the rider. True Leaf Farms Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any refund/comensation in case any additional amount is paid to the rider by the customer.
- Any issues with regards to quality or quality of the vegetables delivered needs to be raised within 24 hours of delivery. True Leaf Farms Pvt Ltd will not be liable to settle any claims after 24hours of delivery.
