I bowl Boiled Casarecce pasta, as per package instructions
2 tbsp Aamra aglio oglio sauce
Cut cherry tomatoes
Cut button mushrooms
Handful of spinach and rocket
Recipe
- Sauté the mushrooms in the Aamra aglio oglio mix
- Add boiled pasta, a spoonful of pasta broth, some spinach and tomatoes to the sauted mushrooms
- Mix well
- Garnish with rocket and serve hot
